Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of legal services by Minitpovkuc ("Company") to clients ("Client"). By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Scope of Services

Minitpovkuc provides regulatory compliance, statutory navigation, and regional law services across Southeast Asia. Services are delivered as agreed in individual engagement letters. We do not provide personal legal advice; all services are professional advisory only.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are invoiced as per agreed engagement terms. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payment incurs 1.5% monthly interest. All currency conversions use prevailing rates at invoice date.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain client confidentiality under professional privilege and applicable law. Information disclosed is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients use our services at their own risk and assume responsibility for decisions made based on our advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All work product, documents, and deliverables remain our property unless otherwise stated in engagement terms. Client licenses these materials for personal use only.

7. Data Protection

We comply with GDPR, PDPA, and applicable data protection laws. Personal data is processed for service delivery and legal compliance only. See our Privacy Policy for detailed practices.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due. We may retain records as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes are resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
